Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FastToCTC (the "Service"), provided by MadeFit Software, a brand of PA Equity Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("you").

1. The Service

FastToCTC is an online loan-processing portal. It stores loan files and documents, tracks checklist conditions and pipeline stages, and uses artificial intelligence to review uploaded documents and flag possible issues.

2. AI review is an aid, not a decision

AI review results may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided to assist your staff, not to replace professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for underwriting, compliance, and every lending decision made using the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping login details secure, and for all activity under your accounts. The Monthly plan includes up to 30 user accounts; additional users are billed as listed on our pricing page.

4. Plans, billing and payment

Prices are listed on our website in US dollars. The Monthly plan is billed in advance each month, with per-file AI review fees billed for files opened during the period. The Pay-per-file plan is billed per file opened. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.

5. Your data

You own the documents and information you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us permission to store and process Customer Data only as needed to provide the Service, including sending documents to our AI provider for review. You confirm you have the right to upload the Customer Data, including any borrower information. See our Privacy Policy.

6. License — your own use only

We grant your company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service, including any customizations made for you, for your own internal business while your subscription is active. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, white-label or otherwise provide the Service or any part of it to anyone outside your company, copy or reverse-engineer it, or present it as your own product. You will not use the Service for anything unlawful, upload malicious files, or attempt to access other customers' data.

7. Customization and ownership

Reasonable changes to your checklist, stages and branding are included in the Monthly plan. Larger custom features may be quoted separately. All software, including customizations made at your request and at your expense, remains our property. Customizations are part of your license and end with it; they do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. The Monthly plan remains active until the end of the paid billing month. After cancellation you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted. See our Refund Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lending losses.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify account owners of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
